<span lang="TR">Elektronik Defterler ilgili dönemlerde Gelir İdaresi Başkanlığına gönderildikten sonra ikinci kopyaların da E-Defter gönderim sürelerini takip eden 15 gün içerisinde gönderilmesi gerekir. E-Defter ikinci kopyalar aktarımları defterlerin herhangi bir siber saldırı veya kaybolması gibi durumların önüne geçebilmek ve gerekli yedeklerin alınmasını sağlamak amacıyla Gelir İdaresi Başkanlığı tarafından 2020 yılından itibaren Elektronik ortamda defter tutan mükellefler için zorunlu kılınmış bir uygulamadır. </span><br />

<span lang="TR">E-Defter mükellefleri kendi kullanmış oldukları sistemler aracılığı ile veya direkt olarak Gelir İdaresi Başkanlığının E-Defter portalı üzerinden sisteme aktarılabilmektedir. Ancak Gelir İdaresi Başkanlığının kendi portalına mükellef tarafından direkt olarak aktarılması için gerekli java ve entegrasyonların tanımlanması gerekeceğinden dolayı elektronik defter mükellefleri bu işlemlerini özel entegrasyon firmaları ile yürütmektedir. Özel entegrasyon firmaları mükelleflere E-Fatura, E-Arşiv, E-İrsaliye gibi elektronik ortamda düzenlenmesi gereken belgeleri arşivleme, düzenleme kolaylığı sağladığı gibi E-Defter mükelleflerine de 1. ve 2.kopya gönderimleri sırasında oldukça kolaylıklar sağlamaktadır. </span><br />

Zip haline getirilen E-Defter ikincil kopyalar özel entegrasyonlar sayesinde hızlı bir şekilde Gelir İdaresi Başkanlığı E-Defter portalına iletilebilmektedir. E-Defter portalına iletilen ikincil kopyalar birkaç saat içerisinde portalda görünür hale gelir ve mükellef tarafından son kez kontrol edilmelidir. Her ay için bir dosya açılmalı ve bu dosyaların her birinin içerisinde yukarıdaki 7 adet belge ve defterler bulunması gerekir. Ayrıca sisteme yüklerken de karışmalar olabileceğinden dolayı oldukça dikkatli olmak gerekmektedir.</span><br />

<span lang="TR">Mart ve Nisan aylarından Gelir Vergisi ve Kurumlar Vergisi beyannameleri veriliyor olduğundan dolayı bu dönemlere isabet eden ikincil kopyalar birkaç ay gecikmeli olarak sisteme gönderilmektedir. İkinci kopyaların gönderilmemeleri sonucunda bazı usulsüzlük cezaları ile karşı karşıya kalınabilir. Bu sebepten dolayı gönderim süreleri takip edilmeli ve mümkün oldukça son günlere bırakılmadan düzenli bir şekilde Gelir İdaresi Başkanlığına iletilmelidir.</span></p>
